Welcome to Transnet Port Terminals (TPT). We strive for efficient, effective, world-class cargo handling 24/7, 365 days a year, at each of our 13 terminals situated in six commercial ports along South Africa’s coastline.

PRE-ADVISE UPDATE
Pre-advise is now mandatory for DCT (Pier 1 and Pier 2).  Non pre-advised export containers will not be accepted into the Durban Container Terminals.

Please note that we have added a GCOS Customer Enquiries Portal under eBusiness Services.

This Portal allows for the enquiry of vessel information such as the voyage, when it arrived at the port and left the port. It also gives the date/times for specific containers and cars that were handled at the terminals that work on the GCOS system.
